"A Word on Ethics"
Ethics has never made sense to me as being either a question of convenience vs. struggle, or taking the easy road vs. the long, hard route in life. Ethics is not a question. PERIOD.
If you don’t invest in your work, it’s not only your own career that suffers, it’s the entire field that’s affected. Same thing with your friendships & romantic partnerships. Act like a "poop head" in your interpersonal relationships & you contribute to
the lowering of the universal vibe of the planet.
The overall “health & wellbeing” and psychology of the Collective. We have power in numbers.
The more people who make these decisions as individuals, the faster we become “the masses”. Masses of people move mountains.
They affect global shifts and timelines. For better or for worse.
Therefore, for the two examples that I’ve used here – the people I love in my life, I choose to try and move through my relationship interactions as “self” & “other” aware as humanly possible.
And when it comes to my career, for this passion that I’ve carried for almost 3 decades now for Astrology & Tarot – I choose to contribute to the betterment of these fields the best I can. Because let’s face it, my fields are unfortunately laden with unscrupulous characters & unsavory situations. Ethical action needs to be upheld at every turn, in order to transmute all of this toxicity.
I don’t claim to know the “Right” or “Correct” way. That’s not what this is about. Rather, what I’m trying to express is that it’s been extremely important to me since a young teenager to learn how to move as ethically & as morally as possible, while in the role of Astrologer, Card Reader, Energy Healer, Mentor, and so on.
Every action trickles & ripples forward and ever-outwardly. We do not live in a bubble. And that’s why Ethics is simply not a question. It’s non-negotiable for me. Period.
